## Role overview

| Role | Intended user | Main access |
| - | - | - |
| **Super Admin** | Account owner | Activates the production account, manages members, and controls all key account settings |
| **Admin** | Administrator | Manages daily operations and members with nearly full access |
| **Read-Only** | Auditor or viewer | Views transactions, Settlement, financial, and contract information without changing business data |
| **General** | Operations or finance | Handles core operations, including transactions, Settlement, Reconciliation, and withdrawals |
| **Dispute Manager** | Dispute specialist | Views related transactions and handles Dispute and Chargeback cases |
| **Dev** | Developer or technical support | Views technical parameters and performs integration configuration and debugging |

<Note>
  Visible menus and actions depend on the current Dashboard configuration. If a member cannot access a required feature, ask the Super Admin to check their role.
</Note>

## Role assignment recommendations

* Assign **Dev** to project developers instead of using the Super Admin account for daily integration work.
* Assign **General** or **Read-Only** to finance and operations staff according to their responsibilities.
* Assign **Dispute Manager** to members who only handle Dispute cases.
* Assign **Admin** only to members who need to manage users or key account settings.
