Waffo can send refund and Chargeback results to global notification URLs configured in Dashboard.

How each notification address is selected

If a refund API request includes refundNotifyUrl, Waffo sends that refund result to the request-specific address. The global Dashboard URL is not required for that request.

Prerequisites

  • Your role is Super Admin, Admin, or Dev.
  • The receiving service is deployed at a publicly reachable production address.
  • The service verifies Waffo signatures and returns the required response. See Webhook overview.

URL requirements

Configure a URL

1

Sign in to Dashboard

Open Waffo Dashboard, then go to Settings → Integration.
2

Choose the notification type

In Merchant Sign Configuration Details, find the notification type and click its Edit action.
3

Enter and save the URL

Paste the complete refundNotifyUrl or chargebackNotifyUrl, then click Save.
4

Verify delivery

Trigger the corresponding production flow and confirm that your service receives the notification. Do not rely only on the Dashboard success message.

Change a notification URL

Follow the original configuration steps, enter the new address, and save. After the new address takes effect, the previous address stops receiving that notification type. Confirm that the new endpoint can receive requests and verify signatures before switching to prevent notification loss.

Clear a notification URL

To stop using a global address, clear the URL field and click Save. The previous address then stops receiving global notifications of that type.
Before clearing refundNotifyUrl, make sure every refund API request supplies a valid notification address. Clearing chargebackNotifyUrl stops Chargeback notifications to that address.

Common error

If Dashboard saves the URL but your service receives no notification, check public reachability, the TLS certificate, service logs, and Webhook signature handling. Contact Waffo technical support if the problem continues. Next: Return to Production go-live and verify a production order.
