Why doesn’t today’s activity appear on the Home dashboard?
The Home dashboard is a T-1 view: it shows the last two weeks ending yesterday, and today or later cannot be selected. Figures are grouped by order currency — you switch between the acquiring currencies on your contract (a dropdown once there are more than nine). The metrics are successful payment amount and count and successful refund amount and count, partial and full refunds included, each with a trend chart. If the previous day’s data has not finished refreshing, the page says so rather than showing incomplete figures. What does the unsettled amount on Home include, and how do I read the calendar?
The unsettled amount is shown per currency, across every acquiring currency you have ever signed for, and equals the sum of the settlement amount of all packaged settlement documents, excluding fees. Today’s transactions are not packaged yet — fees cannot be calculated before packaging — so the figure is not real time and will not tie back to today’s transaction list. Negative values are displayed as-is. Home also lists the amount and expected settlement date of your next three settlements. The calendar covers the next three calendar months; today and later dates are selectable, earlier ones are not. A selected day is either not a settlement day, a settlement day not yet settled (with an expected amount, or “no settleable amount”), settled successfully, or failed. Expected amounts come from packaged settlement documents scheduled for that day, and if a day nets out negative the shortfall carries forward and is offset against the next settlement day, which then shows the net figure. What does Payments Analytics cover, and how are its rates defined?
Transactions → Payments Analytics covers one-time payments and Direct Payment; subscriptions are out of scope. Order currency is required when your contract allows multi-currency ordering; interval (half-hour, one hour, day, week) defaults to no slicing; payment method type is single-select, and payment method is multi-select, limited to Active methods and driven by the currency and type you picked. You get a funnel for the overall view, a single type or a single method, and a table once several methods are selected — split by country where one currency and method resolve to more than one configuration. The funnel has three counts — total orders created, payment orders successfully created at checkout, and successful orders — and the rates build on them exactly as the metric tooltips state:
So CCR measures how many created orders reached a payment attempt, PCR how many attempts were
paid, and Success Rate is the product of the two. Subscription products can be read separately
for first period and renewals.
What do the ratio cards in Chargeback Analytics measure?
Analytics → Chargeback Analytics shows four ratio cards, each with its numerator and denominator in the card tooltip:
Each card carries the card network’s early-warning threshold; crossing it turns the value
red and shows how far above you are. The page prints two caveats. These are operational
early-warning figures, not the card networks’ compliance calculations — those programs use
offset monthly windows, and fraud-report coverage is not exhaustive, so your real compliance
ratio can be higher than what is displayed. And chargeback data is revised as cases are
decided, so read the latest value rather than one you noted earlier.
Which period does Chargeback Analytics report on?
The date filter defaults to the 1st of the current month through today, so the cards are month-to-date. A custom range switches every linked card, the trend chart and the reason-code chart to a cumulative value for that range, which is not the monthly compliance view; the same start and end date is treated as the 1st of that month through that date. Chargeback Count then covers every case created in that period except cancelled ones.- Chargeback Amount is dispute amount plus chargeback fee, converted to USD for display (hover for the two parts), and does not distinguish won from lost.
- Expiring Soon is real time and ignores every filter, card brand included: it always shows all disputes still awaiting your response whose deadline is near, and clicking it opens the Disputes list with that filter applied.
- Reason Code distribution shows the top 10 codes plus “Others”, with an in-chart tab for all brands, Visa or Mastercard, switchable independently of the page filter.
What are the rules for transaction, refund and settlement exports?
Exports are what-you-see-is-what-you-get: generated from the filters currently applied to the list. They are separate from the scheduled settlement report files described in Reconciliation reports.- The date span is capped at 31 days; a wider range is blocked before the file is generated.
- File names are
payments_{mid}_{from}_{to}.csvandrefunds_{mid}_{from}_{to}.csv, both datesYYYYMMDDin UTC+8; settlements history exports asSettlements_{MID}_{download time}.csv. - An empty result still produces a file with only the header row, so “no matching transactions” is distinguishable from a failed export.
- The file carries more columns than the list — including
Original Order Id,Merchant Id,Transaction Type,Order Description,Product Name,Merchant User IdandSettlement Status— and splits the list’s singleOrder Amountcell intoOrder AmountplusOrder Currency. - Time zones are explicit in the column names:
Created Datetime(UTC+8),Payment Request Datetime(UTC+8),Payment Datetime(UTC+8), formattedYYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss. In the Portal, every settlement-related label is marked UTC+8 and all other timestamps follow your local zone. - A
Settlement Statusof-means the transaction is not settled yet (the field is null), not that settlement failed; once settlement runs it becomesSETTLE_SUCCESS,SETTLE_FAILorSETTLE_FAIL_NEED_RETRY.
